The date of the trips depends on your preference. You are required to fill in the arrival date in “Make Your Reservation” form in “Booking” page. 

No, Flight ticket is excluded, but you can book your flight with Bzzworld Travel (www.bzzworldtravel.com). 

Yes, airport transfer is included for arrival and departure based on the selected airport for each package. (Please be reminded to forward your flight itinerary to Bzzgetaway support team once you booked or at least 14 days before the trip day)

It will be the same as normal purchase; however, after that, you need to purchase Guest Cert from “Cert” on the top menu bar for the changes in initially registered owner.

A Guest Certificate is required if someone other than the registered owner is using a purchased trip.

Go to “Booking” on the top menu bar and click “Redeem Your Guest Certificate”, fill in the required information and hit send. Our support will receive your request and make all the necessary.

Xtend Cert is required if you want to extend the validity period from the current expiry date for an extra (1)one year (365 days) of your selected purchased Bzzgetaway package.  

Yes, they are all ready online, and you may view it in the “Tutorial” page from the top menu bar in Bzzgetaway page after login.

Login to your “My Bzzgetaway account” and go to Dashboard. Click Orders to view all your purchased order.

You can download the invoice by login to your Bzzgetaway account, click on My Dashboard and select Orders. Look for the package you purchased and click invoice to get your invoice copy. 

Depending on your membership ranking; eligible to join 1X Bzzgetaway for Gold, 2X Bzzgetaway for Platinum and 3X Bzzgetaway for Diamond in 1(One) year.

Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price shown. If there are any additional fees or incident charges, it will be displayed in the Terms & Conditions.
